How Long Do Orders Take?
Books are shipped the within 24 hours of us receiving payment. Our office is closed on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays. Books do not ship out on those days.
1, 2 or 3 books are light-weight enough to ship first class mail automatically. That takes approximately one week from when we receive payment.
4 or more books ship Parcel Post Book Rate by the Post Office. This takes
10-14 days from when we get payment, depending on distance from Texas.
If you need 4 or more books to arrive faster (in approx. one week) then you will need to choose to "upgrade" your shipping (this option is on the order page). This will cost $2.50 extra, in addition to the regular shipping cost.
Weekends and holidays do not count in the estimated delivery time.
OVERNIGHT SHIPPING
We offer next-day, second-day and three day shipping by UPS. Call us between 10-4 Central time at 512-477-7070 MONDAY-THURSDAY if you will need this option. DON'T PAY WITH PAYPAL BECAUSE THE WEBSITE ONLY OFFERS REGULAR AND UPGRADED SHIPPING AS DESCRIBED ABOVE. We will calculate the overnight, etc. charges when you call. You can then give us a credit card over the phone for the entire order. The UPS shipping charges are determined by your zip code and whether we are shipping to a residence or business office.
Return Policy
ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Our cookbooks are not returnable. If you are unfamiliar with the format of our books, then you may want to order only one to see what they are like. Again, THEY ARE NOT RETURNABLE.
